Spring Training offers a variety of instruction during a multi hour session at our indoor Oakland facility. Each session will contain a group of players that will get hitting, and general baseball skills instruction, as well as athletic training. The hitting instruction will dive into your mechanics and thought processes while giving you ample swings to adjust and learn with every rep. Our speed and agility training will run you through workouts to increase your impact in the field and on the bases while helping you get your conditioning up. All the sessions are run by Coach Thomas with the help of other coaches.
